Instructions
Forever Aloe Vera Gel® – 2 one liter bottles
Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
Forever Fiber® – 15 sticks
Mix one packet of Forever Fiber™ with water, Forever Aloe Vera Gel®, or other beverage daily. For best results, pour contents of one packet into a glass, add your beverage of choice and mix thoroughly. You can also sprinkle on food. It is suggested to take Forever Fiber™ at least 30 minutes away from other dietary supplements as fiber may impact their absorption in the body.
Forever Therm® – 30 tablets
Take 2 tablets of Forever Therm™ daily. You can take one tablet in the morning and one at lunch, or take both tablets in the morning – whichever is most convenient for you. It is suggested not to take Forever Therm™ after 6pm, due to its natural caffeine content.
Forever Garcinia Plus® – 90 softgels
One softgel three times daily, preferably 30-60 minutes before meals.
Forever Lite Ultra®
Blend or mix 1 level scoop with 10 fluid ounces of skim milk or your favorite non-dairy substitute. Use scoop provided. For a special treat, mix with crushed ice or fruit. Shake well before each use.
